Screens, keyboards, batteries, charging ports, hinges and overheating. We'll find what's broken and tell you whether it's worth fixing.
We don't do component-level board repair or diagnosis in house. When a fault turns out to be on the board, it goes to a specialist we work with who does that work full time. You'll be told before it goes, and you'll see their findings.
RAM, SSDs, WiFi cards, storage. Worth doing on plenty of older machines, and worth nothing on some. We'll tell you which yours is before you pay.
Deep internal clean, fresh thermal paste, dust and fan work. This is the cheapest thing you can do for a laptop that's got loud and slow, and it's often the only thing it needs.
OS installs, drivers, backups and transfers, malware removal. A lot of laptops that seem finished turn out to have a software problem.
If the drive is failing but still readable, we do the recovery in house. If the drive is hardware-dead, it goes to a recovery outfit we work with, who we rate as some of the best in Lebanon at pulling data off dead hardware. Nobody can promise your data back and we won't either. You'll be told which of those two situations you're in, and what it costs, up front. If you think a drive is failing, stop using it and bring it to us. Every hour a failing drive stays powered on is data you might not get back.
New and used laptops. If what you want isn't listed, tell us and we'll look for it.
Laptops and desktops, working or dead. We'll make you an offer and tell you what we plan to do with it.
We don't publish prices because part prices in Lebanon move, and they move on things we don't control: supply, the exchange rate, and whether the specific part for your model is in the country this month or has to be brought in. Any fixed price here would be out of date within weeks.
Describe the machine and the fault and we'll give you a range, plus what would push it to either end of that range. Once we've seen it, the range becomes a real number. If the final price comes in above the range, we'll explain why before we go ahead.
